• If the mail referred to (I) above is between two specific points only, then regardless of the number we have standard charge or a flat rate so long as mail has been picked twice a day at pre-arranged times.

• This is a service offered to those without a continuous need for courier services, or to those with a low volume of mail. It is also used by companies, who have the above service, but get urgent mail after the specified collection times. This service helps our clients to call as need arises.

• Correspondence such as party invitations, launch invitations, wedding invitations, bulletins, minutes and agendas, annual reports, magazine delivery, invoices, among others can be collected from and delivered to where a customer/client requests.

• Involves collection of mail from the post office to your office on a daily basis.
• No extra cost is accrued for cpollecting registered mail.
• Mail collected at the time of delivery of post office mail for postage the following day will not accrue any extra charge.
